Course designing is one of the most challenging things I’ve been privileged to partake in. To improve, it continually asks you to grow your horsemanship, your computer skills, your people skills, and your artistic eye all in one (plus that obvious physically demanding factor). But the best part of all, is the great friendships along the way.

Although course designing can be very challenging both mentally and physically, the reward is watching the horses go around that track.  You discover something from every course you design and you never stop learning.  It is an amazing honour to be asked to course design at any show, no matter what level.
